            How to quit smoking for good

                             Giving up smoking should not be so difficult and unpleasant.
                Yes, nicotine can be out of your system in a few days and although some
                smokers agree that quitting smoking for a few days is difficult- it is
                very achievable.
                      
                              So, if it was that easy, what is stopping  smokers who want
                to quit, quit for good?
 
                              It is simple- it has to do with the psychological addiction of
                smoking, and your relationship with cigarettes.

                              If you've been smoking for the last 10 years, chances are you
                already identify yourself with cigarettes.  For short, you think it is part
                of 'who you are' or your identity. And this is why for most people, it is
                hard to give up- because for them it means having to give up 'who they
                think are'.

                              There are two types of ex-smokers. The first are those who
                force themselves not to smoke. And the other type is that group of
                people who have 'outgrown' smoking. If you take up the Smoking

             How many sessions will it take?

                              It depends on a number of criteria. For some people, 2 or
                 3 sessions is enough. For some, it may take longer. It is not impossible
